Policies

Refund Policy

Lift tickets, season passes and Ski-Insure, in plain language.

Lift tickets

Day and night lift tickets.

Crabbe Mountain does not offer cash refunds on lift tickets. If the mountain lets you down, we make it right with a voucher for another day in the current season.

  • Chairlift out of service

If the chairlift is inoperable during your visit, you receive a Buy One, Get One Free voucher for another day, valid for the current ski season.

  • Closed for weather

If the resort closes because of weather, you receive a voucher for the full value of your purchase, valid for another day in the current season. Send us a message with the dates you would like to move your ticket to and note that the resort was closed.

Ski-Insure

Protect your season.

Season passes and seasonal programs are non-refundable unless Ski-Insure is added at the time of purchase.

Seasonal programs

$35plus applicable taxes

  • Added at checkout when a Snow School seasonal program is in your cart
  • Same coverage, same refund schedule
Seasonal programs

Ski-Insure is an add-on, not a stand-alone product: it only appears at checkout alongside an eligible purchase and cannot be added afterward. Coverage begins the moment you buy. Ski-Insure itself is non-refundable.
