No more paper tickets or metal clips. Your Access Pass is a reusable RFID card that holds whatever you buy online, from a single day ticket to a full season pass. Pick it up once, keep it, and every purchase after that loads onto the same card.

Each card belongs to one person and is non-transferable. Using it confirms you have read and agreed to the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risks Agreement.

Crabbe Mountain Access Pass card

How it works

Getting your first card.

  1. Buy online. Create an account or sign in to the Crabbe Mountain shop and buy your day ticket or season pass. A one-time card fee of $5 + HST is added for your first card. Adding rentals? The shop asks for your height, weight, boot size and ability in your profile so your gear is ready when you arrive.
  2. Pick up your card. On your first visit, collect your Access Pass at the Office in the main lodge or at a pop-up pickup day. Pickup locations print cards but do not sell passes, so buy first. Write your name on your card.
  3. Head out and ride. Your ticket or pass is already on the card. Keep it somewhere easy to reach, in a pocket on its own away from your phone, and it gets scanned at the lift.
  4. Reload for next time. Keep your card. Your next online purchase loads onto it automatically, with no new card and no new fee.

Good to know

Keep it, don't punch it.

  • Already have a card?

You are set. Sign in to the shop, buy your next ticket or pass, and it loads onto your existing card. No pickup needed.

  • Lost or damaged?

Choose New Card when you buy your next ticket online and pick up the replacement at the Office. Replacements are $5 + HST.

  • Look after it

Do not punch a hole in your card or run it through the wash. Both can damage the chip inside. A lanyard sleeve or a zip pocket works well.

  • One card per person

Every skier and rider needs their own Access Pass, including Child (0-5) on a free season pass. Cards cannot be shared or resold.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need an Access Pass for a day ticket?
Yes. Everyone riding the lifts uses an Access Pass, whether you have a day ticket, a night ticket or a season pass.
Does everyone in my family need their own card?
Yes. Each card belongs to one person and is non-transferable, so every skier and rider in your group has their own, including Child (0-5) on a free pass.
Can I use the same card every visit?
That is the whole idea. Keep your card, buy your next ticket or pass online, and it loads onto the card you already have.
Do I pay the card fee every time?
No. The $5 + HST card fee is a one-time charge when your first card is issued. Reloading an existing card is free.
Where do I pick up my card?
After buying online, pick up your card at the Office in the main lodge on your first visit, or at one of our pop-up pickup days. Bring your order confirmation.
Can I buy my pass at a pickup location?
No. Tickets and passes are sold online only. The pickup locations print your card; they cannot sell you a pass, so buy online before you come.
What if I lose my card?
Choose New Card when you buy your next ticket online and pick up the replacement at the Office. Replacement cards are $5 + HST.
Can I still buy at the Office?
Yes, the Office can help you in person, but buying online before you arrive is faster: your ticket is already on your card when you arrive.
