FAQ

Questions, answered.

What happens if there is a school cancellation?

After-school programs are cancelled on days regular school is cancelled, or if road conditions will be poor when the buses would be returning to Fredericton.

What should my child bring?

Warm snow pants, a warm winter jacket, ski gloves or mittens, warm dry socks, a warm base layer, sweater or vest, neck warmer or balaclava, snow goggles, a water bottle and a snack for the end of the evening.

Will my child have time to eat?

Yes. Children arrive at supper time, so the schedule includes a meal break before lessons. Meal-plan options at an extra cost are emailed to parents before the program starts.

What if someone else is picking up my child?

Email the Snow School director that morning so the bus supervisors have the information before the program begins.

Can I get a refund for a missed lesson?

Refunds are not available for missed days or for make-up dates a child cannot attend.
