We are currently accepting resume's for the following positions:
- Ski Patrol
- Terrain Park Staff
- Chairlift Staff

- Provide excellent customer service and create positive memories for the guests
- Operate the assigned lift safely and efficiently
- Provide physical assistance to guests as required
- Maintain all operational aspects of the assigned lift – ramps, mazes and signs
CHAIRLIFT STAFF
Responsibilities
SKI PATOL
Responsibilities
-Work with and under the direction of the Supervisor, Patrol and other Pro and Volunteer Patrollers
-Provide first aid to public, athletes, and colleagues while adhering to safe operating procedures and protocols
-Maintain all records of weather, accidents, occurrences, and actions
-Maintain signage and fencing
Assist with colleague and volunteer training
-Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
-Liaise with Guest Service department ensuring trail conditions and other information relating to the customer experience is communicated
-Interact with volunteers to ensure their inclusion in department team
-Assist the team with other duties as assigned or required
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
-1-3 years of experience as a patroller is an asset but not required
-Advanced first aid and CPR required
-Experience operating snowmobiles preferred
-Knowledge of radio protocol preferred
-Satisfactory criminal record check is mandatory prior to commencement of employment
-High ropes certification or experience with ropes an asset but not required
-Reliable winter transportation
Skills
-Ability to ski and/or snowboard
-Ability to interact effectively with the general public, volunteers, sport groups and organizations
-Excellent interpersonal skills an asset
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Keen and can-do attitude
-Flexible and adaptable to work efficiently in variety of settings and to work weekends and evenings
-Proven ability to work alone as well as with a team
-Self-directed entrepreneurial spirit is essential
-Willingness to assist other team members (perhaps outside the department) as needed and requested
-Exceptional customer service is essential
Physical Requirements
-Ability to work outdoors in variable weather winter conditions performing physically demanding tasks
-Ability to stand for long periods of time
-Ability to regularly lift 50lbs
