DH and Enduro MTB Race

Crabbe Mountain, River Valley Cycling and Velo NB are STOKED to host GRAVITY FEST weekend, September 2-3. We’ve had a solid group of volunteer trail builders keen on bringing DH riding back to Crabbe this summer and are stoked to show it off.

Saturday, Sept. 2nd: ENDURO RACE
Registration: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Volunteer meeting: 3:00pm
Mandatory inspection (if not previously done): 1:00pm - 3:30pm
Riders meeting 3:45pm
Enduro start: 4:00pm
Awards: 6:30pm
**FREE camping available.

Sunday, Sept. 3rd: DH RACE & PROVINCIAL FINALS
Kitchen open for breakfast 8am - 10am.
Registration: 8:00am - 9:00am
Volunteer meeting: 9:00am
Mandatory inspection (if not previously done): 9:30am - 11:30am
Riders meeting: 11:45am
DH start: 12:00pm
DH awards: 2:30pm

Format:
DH: Best of two runs. Hay Wagon Shuttles!
Enduro:
Pro: 3 Stages. Combined time of 3 runs down.
Sport and Junior: Combined time of 2 runs.
Each rider will be given a specific start time for each stage. If you miss your start time, you get a DNF for that stage only.

The DH offers everything from bony rocks, roots, and tight berms, to flowy manicured berms and jumps. Old school meets new school.

Equipment:
DH: Full Face helmet, knee protection.
Enduro: Minimum half shell helmet and knee protection.

Registration: $30 per race OR $50 for both.

**Note: Non-VeloNB members must purchase a 1-day VeloNB membership for $10.**

**Riders will be able to choose race class at registration the day of the event. Pro, Sport, or Junior (14 and under ).
